The next house, on El Cerrito Avenue, is a 2.5-acre dream for garden lovers. It has a formal rose garden, shade garden, perennial border, vegetable garden, two lath houses, greenhouse and assorted ivy topiary.

The centerpiece of the back garden is a David Kato pool lined with boulders and a rock garden. This lush oasis is surrounded by an expansive lawn, which, like most of the garden, thrives on well water.

Full-time gardener Alfred Blekis, who will be on hand to discuss everything from composting to orchid care, maintains the site.
